The PettCo will be a unique combination of industrial architecture and contemporary, sustainable building elements. The new open courtyards, will incorporate themes of nature, community, creativity and relaxation. These include a greening concept with plenty of space to sit for neighborly encounters, as well as commercial spaces for retail, restaurants, workshops and sports or yoga studios. The new office building, which forms the framework for the courtyards, offers a variety of workspaces as well as additional places on the roof terraces.
