In the eastern part of Mediaspree – in direct proximity to Berlin’s Ostkreuz – we are planning two state-of-the-art office buildings, spread over two plots, for “New Work” workspaces tailored to different needs. In addition to its excellent location, the Kiez also offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities and a high quality of life.

Together with Graft architects, we are pursuing a vision of a green and vibrant neighborhood where people enjoy working and living.
