The strategic location of the Funkytown campus in the booming southeast of Berlin, with around 14,000 students of Berlin’s largest university of applied sciences (HTW) nearby and a multitude of new developments in the immediate vicinity, offers an excellent basis for revitalizing the area with people and ventures.

We are planning a sensitive transformation of the former headquarters of the legendary youth radio station DT64 as well as eight new buildings for studios, workshop spaces, commercial living and a variety of flexible offices for creative and uses and needs.
