Three cheers for Köpenicker Strasse – one of the oldest and most diverse streets, directly connected via two bridges to Mediaspree, Berlin’s new economic epicenter. Based on designs by renowned Tchoban Voss architects, a sustainable building is being created here for office and residential tenants who are attracted by the inspiring environment of Berlin’s creative and nightlife scene and feel at home amidst the different lifestyles.
