After two years of restoration and development, the former cooling house of more than 4.000 m² is the largest co-working location of Techspace to date and features offices on seven floors between 25 m² and 350 m². Inside, the cooling house impresses with exposed brickwork and many historical details that have been lovingly restored to their former glory, including the elevator shaft, which gives the building its unique character.
