Our new online letting platform is now available to all those looking to rent an apartment, office or retail space.
The development focused on pleasant and intuitive user experiences with informative content about the spaces and an application seamlessly running on all smartphones and tablets. Non-German speakers will find a full version in English.
Units are presented with many photos and a well-structured list of important parameters and features. An embedded Google Map shows the location, an exposé with floor plans and location within the building is available for download. If interested, a message can be sent directly from the platform to the letting team: name, e-mail address and a short message—more is not necessary. Even the identification of the rental space does not have to be entered.
Trockland’s letting platform is one of the very few, if not the only one, which is fully available in German and in English—including all descriptions and documents for download. Not unimportantly in a city with a growing population from all over the world. Needless to say that the rental platform is responsive and therefore works on all smartphones and mobile phones.
