The salon is located in the first courtyard and impresses with a bright, loft-like design by Eller + Eller Architekten. SHIFT’s philosophy is simple: precise haircutting techniques that emphasize naturalness and liveliness, skillful colorings and AVEDA’s outstanding plant-based products. In the new shop, high priority was given to the thoughtful use of resources to save energy.

The salon is located in the first courtyard and impresses with a bright, loft-like design by Eller + Eller Architekten. SHIFT’s philosophy is simple: precise haircutting techniques that emphasize naturalness and liveliness, skillful colorings and AVEDA’s outstanding plant-based products that “work”. The fact that many regular customers from the former shop in Charlottenburg are now coming to Schoeneberg speaks volumes for the SHIFT team. SHIFT goes one step further in their new home; the thoughtful use of resources was given high priority in the design of the salon. In addition to the central hot water preparation for a fast supply of perfectly tempered water, the entire exhaust air of the salon is coupled to a sophisticated heat recovery system. This saves energy and creates a pleasant climate, especially in winter. But that’s not all. Drinking water from bottles, whether PET or glass, is taboo. Tap water is filtered and carbonated at the customer’s request. The environment is happy. And we wish SHIFT every success!
