We just proudly celebrated the topping-out ceremony at Brunnenstraße 27 in Berlin-Mitte. The turn-of-the-20th-century residential building is extended by five rental apartments, all of which will be located in the attic. More details > We like to organize parties, especially if their reason is the topping-out of one of our projects. Hovering above our project Brunnenstrasse 27 in Berlin-Mitte, the topping-out wreath protrudes from the roof truss. Here, five further rental apartments are being built, offering sizes between 50 m² and 150 m². They all have a terrace and generous window areas for plenty of light. Two elevators were installed for easy access to the top floor. Completion of the first apartments is scheduled for September/October 2019.
