Even though it was not the right time for one of our big parties, we wanted to follow the important tradition that a completed shell construction receives a blessing and a crown. Shortly before the Easter holidays, we were able to place the topping-out wreath on the River House with the trades on site and thank them for their work in a small ceremony. The weather was also on our side. Thanks to the spring sunshine, there was a little taste of future life on the Spree, which is being created at EISWERK according to designs by Graft architects. This will all add new quality of life for the entire neighborhood.
