Celebration of construction progress at PIER 61|63 project

A topping-out ceremony with a postcard view: On September 3, we were able to raise the topping-out wreath at the spectacular building at Mühlenstrasse 61-63 and celebrate the completion of the shell construction. Trockland and Althafen thanked everybody involved in the construction for their professional work on the very demanding building site: Due to the special location directly on the Spree, building materials were stored on two cargo ships until recently. The protection and preservation of the Berlin Wall, for which we have taken responsibility in the area of the construction site, is also a rather unusual work spectrum. The completion of the striking residential and hotel building, which was designed by Eller + Eller Architekten GmbH, is scheduled for 2021.
