PIER 61/63 – BERLIN lifestyle living at the River Spree

A new quarter is emerging with full speed – and so is our newest project: PIER 61|63 at the River Spree in Berlin-Friedrichshain, just steps away from the new entertainment district “Mercedes Platz” and directly located at the world-famous East Side Gallery. Breathtaking views of Berlin’s waterside are guaranteed, spanning from Jannowitzbruecke to Oberbaumbruecke. Designed by Eller + Eller architects, PIER 61|63 will be home of a contemporary and unusual 167-room hotel as well as 62 rental apartments.
