Germany’s most important award for residential development nominates PARAGON Apartments Prenzlauer Berg in the category „Residential Conversion”. The “Deutscher Bauherrenpreis (German Principal’s Award)” is endowed by the German Association of Residential Trade and Housing Industry GdW, the Association of German Architects BDA and the Association of German Cities. A total of 173 were submitted, of which 33 projects have been nominated and the winners will be announced on 21st February 2018 in Berlin.
