All employees are equipped with mobile workstations. The majority of our employees work in the home office, while at the same time ensuring a presence at our location.
Our central infrastructure functions and IT systems are designed and tested to ensure that our employees are fully operational even under the most difficult conditions by means of a partial or complete remote process.
Internal and external meetings take place to the greatest possible extent by telephone or video conferencing. All employees are equipped with the technical prerequisites to be able to initiate and conduct telephone and video conferences at any time and from any location.
