East Side Gallery at the River Spree – very few projects enjoy a more sought-after, prime location in Berlin. The building fully facing the waterfront will comprise two segments: a hotel and residential units. All units will have balconies providing stunning views of the river and the surrounding area. Eller + Eller architects have designed a rectangular block with surprising visual haptics.

EISWERK

The grounds of a former ice factory will be transformed into a new urban hub offering a convergence of living, working, and cultural opportunities. CHARLIE LIVING

This new complex is characterized by a verdant, multi-leveled, and partly vertical landscape which serves as a connection between four contemporary buildings.
